China's "Vocational Education Going Global": Technology as a Link to Share Development Opportunities with Partner Countries

Vocational Education Going Global is a core initiative for the internationalization of China's vocational education, as well as for serving the country's diplomatic strategies and industrial layout. The key work in 2025 will focus on internationalization, digitalization, and standardized outreach, with its core being the sharing of international standards and the four dimensions of teaching, program development, talent cultivation, and school-enterprise cooperation. It will also build a five-dimensional collaborative mechanism involving "government, industry associations, enterprises, schools, and research institutions" and promote the internationalization of the integration of industry and education as well as school-enterprise cooperation models.
