The system is deeply connected with the "AI + Intelligent Production Line Digital Technology Application Training Platform". It divides the teaching process into three modules: teaching explanation, simulation practice, and assessment simulation. Taking project-based teaching as the approach, it effectively overcomes the interdisciplinary teaching difficulties in mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial robots, machine vision, intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, etc., and helps teachers and students master advanced technologies efficiently.
(1) Master the basic operation of robots, TCP communication, visual sorting and warehousing, and basic PLC operation procedures; become familiar with virtual teach pendants and TIA Portal software for simulation programming;
(2) Be able to complete equipment setup, basic operations of laser engraving machines and drilling machines, and realize program writing and equipment linkage;
(3) Improve practical operation and programming capabilities in industrial robots, PLCs, and vision applications through assessments to meet the technical requirements of intelligent production lines.
