The system includes three modules: learning, practice, and assessment. Users can complete the hardware construction and wiring of the integrated environment as required, and drive equipment such as feeding systems, conveyors, and positioners through PLC to finish motor assembly tasks;they can also learn skills such as the design and programming of RFID modules on the robot side and PLC side, simulation training for robot visual positioning and sorting, path optimization design of industrial robots, and target point posture control.
(1) Master skills such as equipment module installation and wiring, PLC programming, and vision software operation; be able to complete RFID module programming on the robot side and training on visual positioning and sorting;
(2) Learn logical instruction programming and robot path optimization; be familiar with the operation of TIA Portal and teach pendants;
(3) Verify learning outcomes through the assessment module and possess capabilities in standardized operation and problem-solving for industrial robot application programming.
