The Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning Simulation System is an immersive teaching software developed based on 3D virtual reality technology, specifically designed for the field of industrial robot installation, commissioning and maintenance.
The system integrates three major modules of "learning, practice, and assessment", covering core content such as robot structure cognition, control cabinet disassembly and assembly, and harmonic reducer commissioning. It supports standardized process training and high-flexibility assessment simulation.
(1) Master the installation and commissioning processes of robot bodies, control cabinets, etc.; be familiar with tool selection and part matching; and be able to standardly complete the disassembly and assembly of modules such as wrists and upper/lower arms;
(2) Learn to use tools such as torque wrenches and acoustic tension meters; master key operations such as diagonal screw installation and belt tension adjustment;
(3) Improve the standardization and proficiency of installation and commissioning through assessments, and possess basic practical operation and problem-judging capabilities in industrial robot installation and commissioning.
