Based on the operation and maintenance training platform, the system conducts virtual training for robot operation and maintenance through a modular training method. It includes five modules: industrial robot operation safety protection, robot installation, industrial robot operation and programming, industrial robot system maintenance, and competition simulation training.
(1) Master the safety protection operations of industrial robots, and be able to wear work clothes correctly and select tools appropriately; be familiar with the robot installation process, and complete the installation, wiring and commissioning of the base and control system;
(2) Learn to operate the teach pendant, configure the system and program the robot, and be able to complete coordinate system calibration and program execution;
(3) Master skills such as robot body maintenance and motor replacement; through competition simulation training, acquire intermediate-level practical operation capabilities in industrial robot operation and maintenance.
