Corresponding Majors: Industrial Robot Technology Application, Mechatronics Technology Application, Electrical Automation Technology, Robotics Engineering
Core Courses: Industrial Robot Body Installation and Commissioning, Robot Maintenance and Servicing, Workstation Integration and Application, Industrial Safety and Standards
Based on mainstream industrial robot technology, the Industrial Robot Internship and Training System combines 3D simulation interaction and practical operation modules, covering the whole-process skill development of robot installation and commissioning, maintenance and servicing, workstation integration, programming and control, etc.
The system provides training content for spraying workstations, grinding workstations, deburring workstations, loading and unloading workstations, parallel sorting workstations, welding workstations, etc.
(1) Master basic operations such as the installation of the IRB 120 robot, control cabinet wiring, and revolution counter update; be familiar with the replacement and maintenance procedures of each axis motor;
(2) Be able to complete the commissioning and operation of six major workstations including spraying and grinding;
(3) Understand the safety standards of each workstation and possess basic practical operation capabilities in industrial robot disassembly and assembly, programming, and workstation operation and maintenance.
