The ABB Industrial Robot Basic Teaching System is a professional software focusing on industrial robot teaching. Relying on a 3D simulation and graph-text integration model, it comprehensively covers the entire knowledge system of robots.
Starting with the introduction to robots, it explains in detail basic content such as definitions, development history, and classifications, and extends to four core modules: mechanical structure, power system, control system, and sensory system. It includes the structural principles and motion simulations of key components such as the robot body, control cabinet, servo motor, and sensor.
(1) Master basic theories such as the definition, classification, and coordinate systems of industrial robots; be familiar with the structure of core components including the robot body, control cabinet, and servo motor;
(2) Be able to understand the movement principles of transmission mechanisms, reducers, etc., and the working mechanisms of sensors through 3D interactive operations;
(3) Learn to operate the teach pendant to complete robot power-on, mode switching, and axis motion control, and possess basic cognitive and practical operation capabilities of industrial robots.
